A recorded onboarding curriculum that doubled the team across 20 countries
Amma is a science-based health-tech company; doctors and psychologists lead its content team. In 2023 hiring was accelerating and senior time was bleeding into onboarding calls. We built a recorded onboarding curriculum, part product and part educational module, that the HR team still runs three years later: six lectures and a Q&A, six workbooks, onboarding materials. Every new hire goes through it before touching the live workspace. The team has doubled, spread across 20+ countries, and the practice held.

Yandex Textbook, free learning platform
A course module on using AI for literature review, desk research, and quantitative and qualitative studies
Yandex Textbook is Yandex's free educational platform, a textbook for senior-school pupils and first-year university students. For it we wrote a standalone course module on working with artificial intelligence in research, built to be taken on its own for years after. More than 5,000 learners have gone through it inside the Yandex system.
Germany's oldest deep-tech & circular-economy VC
A four-workshop pitch program that got 10+ startups investor-ready
Neew Ventures is Germany's oldest venture fund for deep tech and circular economy; Circularity Hub is their dedicated venture-builder for early-stage founders, effectively a fund within the fund. In collaboration with Bolder Agency, we ran an education program for a cohort of 10+ early-stage sustainability and impact startups, taking each team from their own work to a final investor pitch over four workshops on positioning, narrative, and storytelling. One team closed a Seed round after the program.
Russia's largest creative and design school
A management layer that let the marketing team double
BangBang Education is the largest creative and design school in Russia. Working with their marketing director, we ran a hands-on program for the marketing team, building the management structure, rituals, and shared practices the team could learn and run on its own as it grew. The team doubled, hiring stayed calm and controlled, and the marketing director hit ambitious revenue goals for the school.

Yellow Yeti is a small boutique agency spinning up a dedicated graphic design unit. We set up their digital office and trained the team to run it: one place where projects, processes, and knowledge live, plus the practices to keep it alive. Team capacity grew several times over, from running two projects at once to six.

A curatorial agent that discovers, fact-checks, and packages 1,200+ events a month
GENAU is the largest Russian-language news media in Berlin; it launched a dedicated project to aggregate and curate Berlin's events. We built the curatorial agent behind it: an agent stack on Exa, Parallel, and Jina that discovers more than 1,200 events a month, fact-checks and verifies them, and assembles the full editorial brief, automating the editorial pipeline end to end.
