A management layer that let the marketing team double

BangBang Education is the largest creative and design school in Russia. Working with their marketing director, we built a management layer for the marketing team: the structure, rituals, and zones of ownership the team could lean on as it grew.

The marketing team doubled, and hiring stayed calm and controlled. The marketing director went on to hit ambitious revenue goals for the school.
