A four-workshop pitch program that got 10+ startups investor-ready

Neew Ventures is Germany's oldest venture fund, specialized in deep tech and circular economy; together with Circularity Hub they support early-stage projects in the space. We ran an education program for early-stage founders, sustainability startups, and ecosystem members working on circular and impact projects.

Help founders package their work for a final pitch and get them fundraising-ready, across a series of four workshops. The program combined research-driven content, real startup cases, and hands-on practice.

• Mentored 10+ startups across the whole program.
• Four hands-on workshops: branding and positioning; communication strategy; site structure and messaging; pitching and investment storytelling.
• Designed the curriculum and learning frameworks, built the workshops, mentored the teams, and aligned everything with the strategic goals of Circularity Hub and Neew Ventures.

• A cohort of 10 startups completed the program and went on to pitch investors.
• One team closed a Seed round after the final investor pitch.
